Your new cutting machine will be installed by our expert field engineers to ensure everything is in perfect working order.
Prior to the installation we will visit to conduct a comprehensive site survey. Our engineering team will discuss access and power requirements with you, and answer any questions you might have to ensure the installation runs smoothly with the minimum of disruption to your workplace.
Training on the cutting machine can be provided either at the time of installation, or at a later date, depending on your requirements.
Post Installation Support and KASEMAKE Training
Post installation, our support team are always on hand to help with any queries you may have. We also keep a stock of tools and spare parts for your cutting machine, so that disruption to your workplace is minimised at all times.
Training covers aspects of the software pertaining to archival, such as using the book measure and working with the database as well as how to use your advanced cutting machine. If you wish to receive more advanced training, you can also get full KASEMAKE training which covers everything from the basics to advanced techniques in drawing, database workflow, 3D visualisation, and creating your own parametric standards.
